Responsibility

  • setting up / maintaining / renewing service level agreements with our supplier base
  • compiling material tender enquiries and managing the tender process
  • analysis of quotations, lead negotiations with prospective Suppliers to develop robust, commercially competitive compliant Supply bids from key supply chain members
  • placing of Purchase Orders and management of the supply execution process
  • ensuring procurement deadlines are met
  • maintain best practice in purchasing to maximise profit opportunities
  • assisting in developing the data base for the business’ Enquiry system
  • researching new products in the market place
