excellent organizational skills and ability to identify tasks and work effectively without supervision
as someone who will need to be plugged into the needs of the team and be in constant contact with people, you should be a socially-minded individual who likes being around other people
Responsibility
keeping the office space and facilities tidy and well-organized
keeping the kitchen fully stocked with fresh and delicious supplies for the team
accepting post, booking appointments, organizing meetings, and preparing meeting rooms for our Partners or Managing Directors
liaising with the IT team to ensure that all devices the Wifi and videoconferencing facilities are running smoothly
supporting team inquiries and providing daily general assistance
using office resources wisely for work-related expenses, demonstrating a high level of financial responsibility and adherence to the company expense policy
welcoming guests, customers, and interviewees, offering coffee or other refreshments, and ensuring meeting rooms are set up with water and supplies for their use
organizing monthly team lunches, drinks, and dinners to foster a collaborative environment
