  • working closely with the Head of Product to fully understand the customer needs, pain points and opportunities
  • assisting in the design of bespoke user experiences; creating journeys, wireframes, designs and prototypes that bring ideas to life
  • we have created the Rapport platform around our core technology that animates digital characters from voice
  • playing a key role in the delivery of innovative user experiences that enhance and highlight the technical capabilities of Rapport
  • conducting user research and develop personas, user stories, and user flows
  • designing prototypes of experiences using expressive animated characters to showcase our product and its capabilities

Requirements

  • the desirable criteria are a bonus and not firm requirements to apply
  • knowledge of web and mobile design best practices is a plus
  • creative mindset to imagine, design and create wonderful digital experiences
  • experience with user research methodologies and usability testing is a plus
  • experience and understanding of UI/UX design principles and practices
  • experience in creative copy, scriptwriting, persona design
  • demonstrated competency across UX, UI and Prototyping
  • interest in expressive digital characters and avatars
