  • attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and stay updated on market trends and competitors
  • utilise social media platforms and support KRG's marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients
  • as a Business Development Manager at KRG Specialist Engineering Services Limited, you will play a crucial role in developing and growing our existing business relationships with key customers in the defence, energy, and power sectors

Requirements

  • proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the precision engineering or manufacturing industry
  • excellent understanding of the manufacturing supply chain and tender submission processes
  • strong commercial awareness and ability to analyse market trends and competitor activities
  • exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
