Responsibility
- safely operate our commercial vehicles - Citroen Relay 35 Heavy L4H3 Panel Vans
- transport manufactured joinery to various UK destinations, including Central London, following assigned routes and schedules with occasional trips to Continental Europe
- loading & unloading, ensuring proper handling and securement
- conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
- adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies
- maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery logs and records
- communicate effectively with team members and site staff
- provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance at all times
Requirements
- valid full clean driver's license
- clean driving record with no major endorsements
- minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience
- knowledge of transportation regulations
- ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- reliable, flexible, and punctual with a strong work ethic
