Responsibility
- dealing with customers on a daily basis by telephone or email
- maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
- produce quotations using Sigmatek software
- call customers to follow up on quotations
- gathering market, customer and competitor information
- gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
- liaising market trends and build patterns back to the Sales Manager, Purchasing and Production departments for forecasting
- attend team meetings and work as part of the Sales Team with colleagues
