- full-time
Responsibility
- operation and maintenance of multiple Toyota ESP9100 embroidery machines, ensuring quality and efficient productivity
- preparation of vinyl logos
- application of vinyl logos to required products using various heat-presses
- record and report any product quality issues using Action Required Forms
- ensure the compliance of company procedures, Health & Safety requirements and quality
- updating of CRM system with production stages & completing required paperwork
- contribute actively to achieving departmental targets to improve business standards and support productivity
- support other Production departments when required
Requirements
- experience of operating Embroidery Machines / Producing vinyl logos preferred
- confident, positive & “can do” attitude to any task allocated & when communicating with colleagues
- excellent communication skills; verbal & written
- desire to learn, continually develop & seek new & improved ways of delivering role
- accurate inputting skills
- self-motivated & driven to ensure all tasks are completed to meet the target deadlines
- problem solving & ability to accurately action required processes & procedures
- team player & able to take instruction & training from others within the team/business
