Responsibility
- experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- wide knowledge and operational experience in all aspects of events such as sound, vision, lighting, stage and set
- compiling comprehensive project plans and complex production schedules
- ensure all projects are on track at all times and meeting the key milestones within the agreed timeframes
- experience in creating and managing event budgets
- where applicable to the project, identify ways in which to generate income through sponsorship and exhibition
- overall project management for a range of events; from large scale live events, to major association conferences, exhibitions, virtual and hybrid events
- manage all elements of the onsite and online implementation for each project including all aspects of onsite Health & Safety
Requirements
- virtual events experience
- we would expect the person applying for this role to be in the office with the team 2 days a week
- experience with EventsAir event management platform
- minimum of 5 years’ experience in project managing large events and/or conferences
- event Agency background
- experience with managing multiple projects at the same time and able to work under pressure of changing plans and deadlines
- previous experience with implementing web site build/design and knowledge of mobile apps
- minimum of 3 years client facing events experience
