  • identifying new opportunities aiming to close sales and enhance brand awareness

Requirements

  • candidates must hold a valid SIA licence in Door Supervision
  • high level of professionalism with attention to detail
  • exceptional negotiation and communication skills both written and verbal
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • must remain flexible over Fridays and Saturdays
  • previous experience in sales is essential but not mandatory
  • close Protection licence is essential but not mandatory

Responsibility

  • monitor and control entry and exit points, ensuring a safe and secure environment
  • maintain a professional and welcoming presence at the venue entrance, managing queues effectively
  • prepare detailed incident reports and escalate security concerns when necessary
  • enforce venue policies and ensure compliance with security regulations
  • provide first aid assistance when necessary and follow emergency protocols
  • arrive on duty and report to your supervisor on time
  • provide outstanding customer service
  • provide outstanding customer service as a representative of our Client

Requirements

  • previous experience in security or as a Door Supervisor is preferred but not essential
  • certification in first aid
  • excellent observational and problem-solving skills to assess situations quickly
  • strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse groups
  • must hold a valid SIA licence in Level 2 Door Supervision or Level 3 Close Protection
  • must hold a valid SIA licence in level 2 Door Supervision or level 3 Close Protection
  • must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
  • ability to pass a background check as part of the hiring process
