Responsibility
- advise on Employee Relations issues, company policies and procedures
- manage high volume case work including investigations, disciplinary, grievances, capability, absence management
- advise and monitor short and long-term absence, attending review meetings and escalating to occupational health when required
- analyse HR and business data to identify trends and proactively review with relevant managers
- promoting and getting involved in various activities to improve staff engagement and well-being
- work collaboratively across the entire HR team, supporting with projects and initiatives
