Responsibility

  • support the staff in achieving outstanding standards of care and education in the nursery
  • ensure that all staff and their environments support the individual childcare needs
  • provide support as necessary for regulatory compliance and inspections
  • assist all staff in developing, implementing and achieving their action plans
  • any further duties considered reasonable and appropriate for the post holder to carry out
  • act as Ambassador for our Nursery Group and behave in a manner that upholds the values and ethos of the Company
  • assist in ensuring all staff are successfully inducted into Sparklers @ Annan Nursery to achieve outstanding standards of care and education in the nursery sector
