- pitch support and coordination. You will help organise successful pitches by conducting research, project managing pitch teams and creating sales presentations

- helping manage and improve new business processes, documentation and training of our internal teams on key business development processes
- you will be one of the first points of contact within the business and be responsible for helping understand client needs and educating them on our services and digital communications best practice
