Responsibility

  • the role will initially be to support the Contracts Managers, whilst at the same time developing the skills and knowledge required to progress to the position of Contracts Manager
  • we have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee/Assistant Contracts Manager to join our team
  • main Purposes: Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Contracts Manager leads the project delivery team and is responsible for the successful delivery of fit-out projects

Requirements

  • the successful candidate will have
  • some prior knowledge of general construction/joinery would be useful but not essential, as full training will be provided
  • excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A Level or equivalent education preferred
  • ability to work and exceed under pressure
  • proactive with a strong work ethic and desire to progress to the role of Contracts Manager
  • ability to travel dependent on company’s requirements
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
