- collate packages and post for clients and use our system to notify clients mail has arrived
- distrubute stock to sites as required
- scan and forward letters to clients
- post forward mail for clients
- carry out weekly testing on emergency lights/fire alarm test
- organise 6 monthly fire drills on each site
- be our eyes and ears
