Requirements
- site management
- at least 5 years' experience working as a Site Manager
- SMSTS / CSCS and first Aid certified
- recent MODULAR and DFE experience is a MUST
- modular Build project experience
- minimum 7 years career experience in Site Managing
- experience of leading projects up to £7m in value
- good planning, design and commercial awareness
