Responsibility
- as a sample of responsibilities, this will include ensuring artwork/assets are delivered to each marketing team member in a timely manner, campaign details are briefed across departments, our sales team are aware of any sales and acting as the main coordinator between the product team and marketing team
- marketing team coordinator: Supporting our Marketing Manager to ensure all marketing plans are coordinated between the relevant departments and team members
- this will require; activity booked in the campaign calendar, each channel owner briefed on their activity requirement, liaising with the product manager of the property for required content/package details, briefing our copywriter for any new content needed, recording all activity and creating an activity round-up report with results
- marketing agreement coordinator: Many of our spa venues pay for dedicated marketing exposure
- social media support: Planning, writing and scheduling content across each channel . Creating TikToks/Reels. Monitoring performance and documenting screenshots and performance stats where applicable
Requirements
- essential: Excellent written communication skills
- essential: Creative thinker, logical, proactive, problem-solver, organised and efficient, speedy worker; and a clear communicator whether to audiences, stakeholders or colleagues

- desirable: Degree or qualification in Marketing
