Show more +18 - as a Spa Reservation Agent, you'll be responsible for managing reservations, providing expert advice, and delivering outstanding customer service
- manage reservations and enquiries from customers, ensuring that all bookings are processed efficiently and accurately
- speaking with hotel reservations departments and spa reservations teams to confirm availability and confirm bookings
- provide expert advice to customers on our range of spa days, treatments and holidays, as well as other products and services
- you will be working within a dynamic and enthusiastic team, and you'll have access to extensive training and development opportunities
- to maintain a high level of product knowledge at all times through ongoing training and daily use of the Spabreaks.com website
- having opened with just 2 staff and 25 UK based venues we have been on a rollercoaster journey and have now grown to a team of 70, working with over 1000 of the world’s leading spa hotels
- build relationships with customers, ensuring that they receive a personalised service and that we meet their individual needs and requirements
- consistently working to achieve individual and team targets / KPIs
- update our internal booking systems, ensuring that all customer data is accurate and up-to-date
- work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, identifying opportunities to drive sales and improve customer engagement
- dealing with a high volume of warm leads on a daily basis, making in excess of 100 calls per day whilst dealing with incoming calls and scheduled call backs
- we send away over 6000 travellers each week, have won multiple industry awards, and we are just getting started

- support other team members as required, including answering incoming calls, responding to emails and managing online chat enquiries

Requirements
- experience working in the leisure, travel and tourism industry, preferably in a reservations or customer service role
- previous sales and or call centre experience is preferred
- A passion for spa and wellness, and a desire to share this with customers
