Responsibility
- create design concepts and drawings utilising 3D Modelling software to bring products to life
- working on a number of different trade prducts to meet client requirement
- working within architects and structural engineers drawings
- attend meetings as and when required with cusomers, suppliers and other departments to review design requirements and progress
- liaise with all departments to ensure cost effecitveness and efficient design for manufacure and performance
- ensure set hours per project tasks are met and coordinated
- assist with general office administration
- carry out other duties as required
Requirements
- MUST have experience of Solidworks software - 2-3 years
- experience of autoCAD desirable
- some experience of Residential and Commercial project design
- internal industry knowledge training provided
- must be able to work on own initiative
- must be able to communicate well with customers/suppliers
- must have a disciplined approach and work to a high level of accurancy
- career prospects within the design and project management team will be open to the right candidate
