Requirements

  • practical experience in Lean Management/Agile Product Development is essential
  • curiosity to research new ideas is essential
  • proficiency/Strong Knowledge in Business Analysis and/or Product Development life cycle
  • willingness to learn new skills and get hands-on with tasks needed to deliver projects
  • formal qualifications in Lean and/or Agile are welcomed, but not mandatory with appropriate levels of hands-on experience
  • A degree qualification with 3-5 years’ of product or project management experience using Lean or Agile techniques, or 7-10 years’ relevant experience without a degree qualification
  • ability to work independently, think strategically and proven diagnostic ability are critical
  • expertise and experience in Agile roles, processes and philosophy is also highly desirable. This is critical to role in developing partnerships, modeling behaviors and developing team capabilities

Responsibility

  • actively contributing to a high-performance team culture
  • defining a measurable process that we use to develop analytical products in compliance with the Analytical Policy role
  • owning the analytical elements of operating procedures for non rating products and partnering with control officers to keep process documentation current and effective at delivering productivity and risk controls
  • managing changes to analytical process, methodology and guidance for non-rating products so that analysts are prepared and all internal stakeholders are aware
  • performing the analytical tasks required to deliver an instance of the product to a customer, post launch
  • managing the analytical training program for analysts learning about the product topic and how to perform the analysis, including onboarding new analysts into the team and all impacted analysts impacted by a process or analytical change
  • organising and coaching the analytical project teams to deliver analytical solutions defined in Product Briefs and strong operational processes to support them
