Requirements
- ILM, CMI or equivalent in Team Leading Level II
- qualified to City & Guilds Level III minimum or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical or HVAC discipline
- completed 18th Edition I.E.E
- completed City & Guilds BS 2391 Level 3 Electrical Inspection & Testing
- must be able to lay out and prepare work in accordance with Building Regulations and Water Regulations/Bye-Laws
- completed unvented hot water systems training
- completed F-Gas City & Guilds 2079
- have successfully completed a registered apprenticeship or obtained the full requirements, including all knowledge and performance assessments, of the Level 3 NVQ Electrical, Mechanical or HVAC discipline
Responsibility
- to actively participate in the operation and control of engineering planned maintenance scheme and to complete all report sheets and test certificates where necessary
- supervise all staff, both directly employed and subcontract, to ensure all works are being carried out to the correct standard of customer care and quality
