- head Chef - Wedding and Events Venue
- prep days are generally 9am to 5pm with hours lengthening on event days and to meet the needs of the business
- you will only work late on event days and no split shifts are required

- an excellent opportunity for a talented, enthusiastic, passionate and professional hands on Head Chef to take over a well equipped kitchen at this fantastic wedding and events venue
- candidates should show excellent craft alongside management and leadership skills to enable them to manage a small kitchen team and work well alongside other members of the management team
- working hours will vary, however with good organisation your average working week should not exceed 48 hours and a more realistic 40 hours per week should be your aim with more hours in the summer months and time off in lieu available in quieter periods
