Responsibility
- assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the bar/restaurant
- lead and motivate team members, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their potential
- maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving any issues in a professional and timelymanner
- manage inventory and supplies, ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained and orders are placed as needed
- collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverages
- as an Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our General Manager, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and a vibrant atmosphere for our valued guests
- monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment

Requirements
- previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with guests, and team members
- strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- knowledge of food and beverage operations
- demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure
- flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
