Responsibility
assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the bar/restaurant
lead and motivate team members, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their potential
maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving any issues in a professional and timelymanner
manage inventory and supplies, ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained and orders are placed as needed
collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverages
as an Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our General Manager, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and a vibrant atmosphere for our valued guests
monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment
if you possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, we want to hear from you
Requirements
previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry is preferred
excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with guests, and team members
strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
knowledge of food and beverage operations
demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure
flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
