Responsibility
- manage and optimise our 2 Shopify ecommerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management
- implement and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing
- analyse and report on website traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics
- collaborate with the design and development teams to improve website functionality and user experience
- research and stay current on industry trends and best practices
- manage and optimise search engine optimization efforts
- manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on various platforms
Requirements
- strong knowledge of Shopify and its capabilities, as well as experience managing and optimising an e-commerce platform
- experience with email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing
- strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools to track and report on website performance
- knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO optimization
- experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
- excellent communication and collaboration skills
- strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
