Responsibility

  • keep abreast of the SNOMED changes in Technical Requirements Specifications to meet requirements
  • provide support with regular monthly searches for recall systems and produce patient communications
  • to be familiar with, and maintain up to date knowledge of the GP and PCN Enhanced Service Contract requirements
  • to provide IT support and services to all members of the Practice team across both sites
  • support the organisation with all aspects of GDPR compliance
  • act as a point of contact for digital queries
  • support the practice team to ensure adherence to Information Governance including training, policy development and completion of annual assessment
