Responsibility
due to the growth of our business and increase in the number of IT projects, we are looking to expand our small IT Team
reporting into the Business Systems Manager, this role will provide essential support in the management and maintenance of our business systems and equipment
ideally you will be someone who can work autonomously with minimal supervision and you have experience of working in an SLA driven environment where you are used to providing direct support to end users
you will have the confidence and ability to take ownership of the administration and maintenance of our key business systems, responding to alerts and tickets, escalating issues and liaising with third party suppliers when necessary
we are looking for someone who has demonstrable experience of working with an ERP and/or CRM system, has an understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and the ability to query SQL databases would be an advantage
you need to be someone who is happy to support users of all digital capability and respond to them in a friendly and helpful manner, finding solutions to their issues with limited down time
due to the size of the organisation and the types of issues you will be responding to, we need someone who is happy to work on site in our offices in East Grinstead
