ensure efficient labour management, including timekeeping, tracking attendance, and maintaining employee records
the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations and supporting the Managing Director in daily tasks
collaborate with other team members to support the smooth flow of daily operations

Education
GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
previous experience in office administration or a related role is preferred
proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
excellent telephone etiquette and strong communication skills
highly organized with excellent attention to detail
ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
A proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team
A genuine interest in sustainability and environmental impact is highly valued
