SOUTHERN RETAIL SYSTEMS is looking for employees for positions:

office administrator

Responsibility

  • process sales/purchase orders, quotes and invoices, checking all relevant data is added accurately on to the system
  • carry out general administrative duties as required, eg. scanning, filing
  • assist the sales/support team with follow-up calls and paperwork and other administrative tasks
  • pack & Dispatch/receive goods and reconcile discrepancies
  • periodically review optimum levels to ensure there is adequate stock
  • point of contact for clients in person, on the phone, via email, ensuring all communication received from is actioned promptly and efficiently
  • check stock codes to minimise slow moving/obsolete stock
  • review current systems and make appropriate updates where necessary

Requirements

  • have some previous admin experience
  • have good IT skills inc MS Office, top-notch telephone manner and apply common sense
  • have excellent attention to detail
  • be able to multitask and work under pressure whilst remaining organised and efficient
  • have a sense of humour and a degree of flexibility
  • be a clear, confident communicator with the ability to speak to high profile customers, internal sales colleagues and suppliers at all levels
