Responsibility

  • full-time Care home Cook
  • as a full-time Chef, your responsibility is to provide a well balanced, nutritious menu to residents within the home
  • we are looking for an enthusiastic Full-time Cook to prepare and cook meals for around 28 people living in our care home. You will benefit from plenty of employee benefits, flexible shift patterns, choose your own working hours
  • your role will be to prepare/cook fresh food for lunch and tea, baking homemade cakes, clean down and supporting practices for Safer Food, Better Business

Requirements

  • must have experience working in a kitchen
  • NVQ level 2 in Cooking is preferred but not essential
  • to have experience working with elderly is preferred
