Responsibility

  • raise Accounts Receivable invoices, credit notes and creating new customers on the finance system
  • allocating all payments received from sales ledger customers, verifying any discrepancies at the time of receipt and rectifying any balances
  • undertaking regular credit control duties, including customer phone calls to chase outstanding debts, issuing dunning letters and sending monthly debtor statements
  • providing regular updates to the business around outstanding debts
  • working closely with the payroll and cashbook team on the administration of player loan invoices, and direct debit collection, if applicable
  • maintaining a log of player transfer and loan receivables, assisting with the calculation of gross and net debts due
