raise Accounts Receivable invoices, credit notes and creating new customers on the finance system
allocating all payments received from sales ledger customers, verifying any discrepancies at the time of receipt and rectifying any balances
undertaking regular credit control duties, including customer phone calls to chase outstanding debts, issuing dunning letters and sending monthly debtor statements
providing regular updates to the business around outstanding debts
working closely with the payroll and cashbook team on the administration of player loan invoices, and direct debit collection, if applicable
maintaining a log of player transfer and loan receivables, assisting with the calculation of gross and net debts due
scheduling regular meetings with the commercial and football teams to gain awareness of upcoming events and to provide insight into their customer accounts
