Requirements

  • ideally you will hold one of the following or higher
  • powerboat Instructor
  • paddle Boarding Instructor
  • open Water Diver
  • NPLQ/Open Water Lifeguard
  • first Aid Qualification

Responsibility

  • lead and manage the team to deliver a range of activities at the lake
  • demonstrate a high level of customer care
  • manage and maintain equipment, ensuring appropriate records are maintained
  • oversee health and safety, and resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • keeping facilities clean and tidy, maintaining high standards throughout the day
  • to assume shift management responsibility for the Lake to maximise the total performance and maintain the highest standards of customer care
  • assist the Lake Manager with tasks such as social media management and stock reporting
  • support the wider operations of the business at South West Maritime Academy when required
