Responsibility

  • in addition, the role may involve assisting and supporting the UK Safer Internet Centre team
  • the Customer Service Coordinator will provide excellent quality, accurate and effective communications to our online safety customers. Friendly and excellent customer service skills, as well as a real desire to support our customers are essential
  • we are looking for a problem solver and someone who is happy being part of a busy team, while not afraid of a challenge
  • the primary focus of the role will be to support the Assisted Monitoring Service project which includes elements of safeguarding and safeguarding monitoring systems
  • the role also includes monitoring and responding to online safety customers across a range of products and services. This will include a number of mailboxes monitored daily to resolve queries, and supporting customers with SWGfL products
  • experience in using CRM is desirable
  • dealing with telephone calls and e-mails to and from customers, suppliers, colleagues, Senior Managers and other stakeholders regarding technical, commercial, contractual, service delivery, product, financial/invoicing and awareness matters
  • owning engagement with the customer, ensuring all actions are completed, issues and concerns are followed up and that the customer experience is excellent

Responsibility

  • day to day responsibility for the content updates on the SWGfL Helpline services, including websites, blogs and social media
  • coordinating mass mailings, campaign and awareness raising direct mailings
  • maintaining our database of key stakeholders, funders, marketing leads and press contacts
  • preparation and implementation of the communications and awareness strategy of SWGfL helplines, supported by a team of highly-experienced helpline professionals and the
  • day to day responsibility for implementing the social media strategy and activities of our
  • developing and implementing effective and innovative communication strategies for key projects and resource launches, and to engage our key audiences on an ongoing basis
  • helping to respond to media enquiries, drafting press releases and developing media stories, as well as maintaining a record of press coverage for the Helplines
