  • the purpose of this department / team is to ensure that all invoices are processed in a timely manner and paid according to the agreed terms. Keeping an organized and methodical inbox containing emails from both internal and external sources
  • set up new Supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details in accordance with internal compliance
  • ensure creditors are paid according to the agreed terms – this will include the processing of invoices accurately
