Responsibility
- we are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Manager to join our team at South Manchester Care
- as a leading provider of domiciliary care services in the South Manchester area, we are committed to delivering high-quality care to our clients and ensuring the professional development of our care staff
- onboarding: Take full responsibility for the onboarding process of all new care recruits, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and induction to meet our standards of care delivery
- training Development: Design, develop, and deliver training programs for our care staff, covering a range of topics such as person-centered care, medication management, infection control, and safeguarding
Requirements
- proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role within the domiciliary care sector
- excellent understanding of the onboarding process, training needs analysis, and development of care staff
- comprehensive knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements related to domiciliary care
- strong training facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners at all levels
- exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build positive relationships with care staff, management, and external stakeholders
- proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software applications
