  • general maintenance of in excess of 2000 rental properties
  • successful applicant must have own basic tools and own van/car, we supply heavy tools such as kango's, mowers and strimmer's
  • we require applicants to be experienced, reliable and presentable. pleasde only apply if you are experienced in this area
  • duties to include Basic plumbing, Decorating to a good standard, Basic electrics, Kitchen and Bathroom fitting, Neat and tidy silicone application, pointing repairs, Laminate and Vinyl floor laying, Hanging timber doors, Replacement UPVC window hinges and handles
