Responsibility

  • they will support with the administering of governance processes within the necessary area
  • the role will periodically be required to support the migration of test/pilot services into core services
  • job summary The post holder is responsible for supporting the Operational Team to deliver the key operational objectives of key services within the organisation
  • the post holder will support with the management of multiple service areas, supporting the delivery of key targets within the budgeted resources available
  • they will support the Head of Long Term Conditions and Service Integration to develop and be responsible for the maintenance of the business risk strategy and accompanying activity
  • plan for the reconfiguration of services, which enables them to be delivered in a manner which offers better value for money
  • they will also be responsible for supporting the Head of Long Term Conditions and Service Integration with the implementation of new services and re-design for existing services
  • support the Head of Long Term Conditions and Service Integration to manage risk

Requirements

  • demonstrable success in planning and managing change Resource management skills Negotiation and conflict management skills
  • leadership skills Ability to manage sensitive situations and build relationships Communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to write accurate and concise reports Ability to define problems and identify solutions Organisational skills Ability to understand software systems and administrative procedures
  • general management experience, including direct supervision of staff groups Success in working collaboratively across professions and services Implementation of policies and procedures
