  • we are currently looking for a full-time Office Junior/Secretary/Apprentice to join our team of lawyers in Southampton
  • previous administration and/or legal secretary experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
  • this is an exciting opportunity for a Junior/Apprentice to join a niche, successful firm of solicitors who specialise in family law
  • audio typing/dictation and use of company case management system
  • general office duties
  • booking appointments through CMS and outlook
  • organising post and admin tasks
  • opening, closing and scanning of client files
