Responsibility

  • despite being a blend of Risk and Compliance experience, the role will have a stronger lean towards the compliance side
  • provide support to the delivery of the second line of defence compliance monitoring plan
  • develop and deliver the companies supplier/servicers Compliance Monitoring Plan, ensuring agility to re prioritise the plan to support business needs
  • work with the operations team to drive actions to mitigate risk and evidence remediation actions
  • north West-based Perch Group is one of the fastest growing and most ambitious debt purchase, collections, litigation and reconnection firms in the UK and they are now looking to hire a Senior Risk & Compliance Manager to join. their growing team
  • provide support to the review and developing company process and policies
  • you will be reporting into the Risk Director, and will have 1 to 2 direct reports, however, this will still be very much a hands on position
  • support team members by engaging/mentoring to share knowledge and provide guidance
