Responsibility

  • you will already have experience in a management role in food and beverage hospitality
  • as Assistant Manager, you will support and mentor the team to continually push and develop their skills
  • you will have ambition, determination, drive and energy, and a want to be part of something very special and fun
  • previous experience from a similar environment, with a passion to deliver a great guest experience
  • provide feedback to staff on any issues and to support the owners in disciplinary issues
  • awareness of forecasted sales targets, and manage and motivate staff to help them achieve these
  • working alongside the owners, you will deliver a very welcoming guest experience providing every guest with the highest of standards, creating memorable experiences
  • order supplies, keep records of stocks, including stock management of the retail products and checking deliveries for quality
