Responsibility
- we are currently looking to recruit a skilled Working Site Manager to join our team
- permanent/Full time position
- report directly to Contracts Manager
- salary paid weekly at very competitive rates
- oversee all site activities
- this is a site-based role
- manage, co-ordinate, and direct site staff and sub-contractors on site to ensure work is being carried out to clients requirements
- sites located in the Edinburgh area and throughout the UK
Requirements
- the ideal candidate will have interior fit-out/construction industry knowledge and background
- site Management qualification such as SMSTS/SSSTS
- minimum of 4 years experience construction site management experience
- must be able to work on own initiative, as part of a team and have the ability to prioritise own workload
- able to meet deadline and adapt to urgent tasks if such arise
- full UK driving license
