Requirements

  • to measure Panel/frame to be covered or examines drawings or other specifications and cuts material with shears, knife or scissors
  • tacks and staples or otherwise secures material to frames and panels
  • pads and secures padding by stitching, stapling, tacking, bonding etc
  • pins sections of trims and edgings and fabric to face, edges and tracks to panels
  • operates machine to compress padded assemblies and inserts them
  • encases and padding with selected covering material by hand or machine stitching
  • measures, cuts, pins, sews and trims fabrics to upholster
  • upholstery: 1 year
