in this role, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top engineering talent to SoundCloud
you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring exceptional engineering professionals who can contribute to our innovative and dynamic environment
you will develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage highly skilled engineering candidates
additionally, you will conduct thorough candidate screenings, assessments, and interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
you will also conduct kick-off meetings with your hiring managers to better understand the specific team needs
as a Senior Engineering Recruiter, you will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand the requirements and specifications for engineering roles
you will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation, onboarding, and post-hire follow-up
