  • we are looking for an experienced Engineering Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team
  • in this role, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top engineering talent to SoundCloud
  • you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring exceptional engineering professionals who can contribute to our innovative and dynamic environment
  • you will develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage highly skilled engineering candidates
  • additionally, you will conduct thorough candidate screenings, assessments, and interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • you will also conduct kick-off meetings with your hiring managers to better understand the specific team needs
