Responsibility

  • provide reference services to Specialists, the Research/Editorial team, and clients
  • receive, organise, digitise, and preserve history files
  • maintain an information management program to ensure information is not lost and is easily accessible
  • provide privacy protection and ensure copyright compliance
  • acquire historical documents and photographs, expand the contact database for both
  • maintain research library and archive
  • catalogue cars and memorabilia in person when necessary
  • travel to auctions for reference services

Requirements

  • degree in Archive/Records Management, Library Sciences, or related major desirable
  • familiarity with General Data Protection Regulation
  • self-starter with team-oriented mentality
  • highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
  • ability to plan, prioritise, and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • experience with Microsoft Dynamics is considered an asset; in particular familiarity with customer relationship management software solutions
  • classic car knowledge is considered an asset
