Responsibility

  • outbound calling of potential and existing candidates
  • database Management of candidates
  • extensive use of Business social media to attract and target candidates
  • brand building through vacancy advertisements and social media posts
  • working towards daily/weekly/monthly KPI’s
  • generate and maintain a pipeline of high quality candidates through sourcing in both the passive and active market in the Building Products Arena and beyond

Requirements

  • experience in a sales role and understand the pressures and demands of a sales environment. Must have a ‘Thick Skin’ as it is a service industry position where you can face negativity but mostly outweighed by a positive outcome
