- aiding the head baker with the day to day production of bakery products
- ensuring that products meet the standard the company aims to achieve and has set out
- ensuring that cleaning schedules and HACCP are followed
- as one of the regions leading artisan bake houses we strive to deliver perfection to our clients, which range from cafés & pubs to 5\* hotels, Michelin starred restaurants and sandwich companies
- ensuring that you work in a clean, tidy and organized manner
- we are a family run business and believe our team are what makes us stand out from the rest, we believe in training our colleagues through training programs, off site courses and stages in other establishments
- reporting repair issues to the manager
