  • proven experience in a similar facilities and/or maintenance management role
  • excellent working knowledge and application of health and safety legislation applicable to the leasing of residential and commercial premises
  • proven experience within a commercial property management department
  • practical building knowledge and understanding of costs of works
  • strong people management experience with demonstratable experience of leading remote teams
  • adept at developing and managing clear processes
  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • strong commercial and negotiation skills
