Responsibility

  • funding is from a DP scheme and the rate of pay available is £13 PAYE or £18 for self employed
  • all aspects of home care such as shopping, cooking, cleaning, clothe washing and organising etc
  • some personal care with washing and dressing - mainly encouragement and reminding etc, as still fairly independent
  • no lifting
  • we are currently looking for Support workers experienced in Early stages Alzheimers for a private placement in clients own home in Clacton
  • main duties to include companionship, short local outings occasionally to shops or a cafe short walks with client and her little dog
  • we need to employ at least 2 carers for this role so we can split the shifts
  • paid holiday for PAYE and nest pension scheme, auto enrolment
