Responsibility

  • we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven K-12 Online Education Sales & Corporate Relations Manager to join our team
  • develop the pipeline for new business and increase seat placements from education focused groups & corporate companies to reach enrolment targets
  • assist in developing and implementing a school marketing strategy to create brand awareness and identify opportunities for building relationships
  • organise and perform all levels of prospecting, proposal development, presentation, contract agreement, and customer relations follow-up
  • undertake regular surveys of new parent views and produce analysis with recommendations
  • coordinate promotional events targeting new parents and corporate companies to promote Sophia High School
  • measure the performance of the front-of-house team to ensure maximum conversion rate
  • maintain open lines of communication with existing parents to handle their concerns, complaints, and feedback

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent

Requirements

  • proven experience in sales and corporate relations in the K-12 online education sector
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong organisational and time management skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • familiarity with CRM software
  • bachelor's degree in Education, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
