  • identify the design requirements for a particular project and allocate the best suited resource from the design team
  • implement workflow and project management processes to make for a smooth and efficient project life cycle
  • ensure design team have up to date skills
  • review daily resource and workload schedules
  • estimating & Quoting for Studio time, printing and print management
  • keep customers, management and team up to date on project statuses
  • line manage, mentor and motivate the design team to help them deliver on their objectives
