  • developing in-depth knowledge of the products & the company and conveying this with pride & enthusiasm to customers
  • one-to-one sales and product demonstration
  • ability to up-sell other products and maximise one-to-one sales opportunities
  • assisting customers through our bespoke design service
  • to work alongside management to maximise profits, exceed client's requirements and set an excellent standard of customer service
  • converse with clients via the phone and email to drive sales
  • maintaining the excellent presentation of the jewellery and showroom

Requirements

  • retail sales: 1 year
  • customer service: 1 year
