- log calls with third party VSAT and application suppliers
- update tickets logged through internal helpdesk system
- carrying out daily checks from remote monitoring and troubleshoot reported issues
- assist with management \\ patching of computers using RMM and management tools

Requirements
- technical support: 1 year
