- supervising and overseeing the direction of the groundworks and externals package, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
- scheduling weekly Work programmes and reviewing weekly progress reports for the Master Construction Programme
- assessing and minimising risk
- cooperation with the Project Manager, Commercial team, EHS team and design team
- updating and reporting back regularly on progress
- precise Setting Out: Ensure accuracy in setting out by establishing precise lines, levels, and reference points at the construction site

Requirements
- BSc in Construction Management/Engineering – Preferred but not essential
- BSc in Mechanical engineering or equivalent- Preferred but not essential
- bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
